Custom Hangers
What you are going to need to make these:
Wooden hanger (I bought mine at Target for $3.99/5 pk)
12 gauge floral wire (I got mine from Michael's and I bought 2 just in case. I am glad I did so I can get practice. I also found colored wire in the jewelry section)
Craft glue (I used Aileen's craft glue)
Ribbon
and anything else you want to add for decoration

Step 1:
Start to shape the letters. Try not to make the letters to big (I kept checking to make sure my name would fit). Use the pliers to help shape the letters and tighten the loops. Make sure you leave enough wire on either side of the name to make sure you can get the name centered on the hanger.
Step 2:
Determine where you want the name to be attached at on the hanger and make a mark. Clip any extra wire off to make it centered. Use the dremel/drill to drill a hole to put the wire in. When I did this the hanger was smoking so I was drilling then stopping, drilling then stopping. I didn't want it to catch on fire or anything lol. When I was making the hole I had to drill straight into the hanger to get the hole started and then I went in at an angle. Don't drill all the way through. I made my hole just big enough to fit securely in the hanger.
Step 3:
After I drilled the hole I made sure that my wire would fit securely into the hole. I put a little glue on the ends and inserted them into the hanger. I let it dry over night to make sure it was in securely. (Sorry about the picture I couldn't get the camera to focus real well)
Step 4:
I then tied a ribbon around the top on of the hanger and decorated how I like. There is so much you can do. I have seen some of these hangers painted in animal print or flowers were painted on it. You can do whatever you want.
